2009 OAS MEMBERS SURVEY
In order to provide the members of the Ontario Archaeological Society with the services that they expect, the Board of Directors needs to hear from the OAS membership. Below are two versions of a short questionnaire that allows you to provide the board with feedback about what you value of your membership and what more you would like to see.
Your opinions are critical for setting future directions for the board, so please take a moment to download one of the following documents, filling it out and sending the completed survey questionnaire to the OAS.
If you wish to download (right click and save to your desktop), print and drop the questionnaire in the mail, use the PDF vesion.
If you prefer to highlight or colour your answers in a Word document (right click and save to your desktop), then email it, use the Word version.
